How to Enjoy your Matcha

1. Place 1/2 a teaspoon or 2 bamboo scoops of matcha powder into your favourite ceremonial bowl.

2. Add a small amount of 80 degree water to the bowl.

3. Use your bamboo whisk to form a paste by mixing the matcha powder with the water.

4. Add an additional 120mls of hot water and briskly move bamboo whisk in “M” or “W” motion, until frothy layer forms on surface.

5. When the powder is fully dissolved and a frothy layer has formed, your matcha is ready to drink.

6. Enjoy your bowl of matcha paradise!
